I'm Eugenia Chan, an experienced Strength & Conditioning Coach based in Singapore with over 4 years of coaching experience in both group classes and personal training.

As a competitive kettlebell sport athlete who has represented Singapore at World Championships, I bring the discipline, resilience, and performance mindset of an international competitor into every coaching session. My own journey in strength sports shapes the way I coach, with an emphasis on proper technique, structured programming, and long-term progress.

From World Championship podiums in Poland, Italy, and China to everyday training sessions in local gyms, my mission is to help every client build real strength, move better, and unlock their full potential. My coaching combines evidence-based strength and conditioning methods, hands-on technical coaching, and a focus on functional training that supports long-term health and performance.
